Vida, the owner, is originally from Laos. She opened a small Uptown studio in 2012 and then in 2013 opened Vida Bodywork. Vida specializes in deep tissue and sport modalities.

With over 16 years of experience, Vernell combines Western and Eastern massage techniques to achieve overall health. He is a skilled problem solver and has worked in rehabilitation, chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage clinics.

Pui has over 5 yrs experience as a massage therapist, and enjoys helping people achieve maximum flexibility and relief combining  Thai stretching and massage with other techniques.
