Vida grew up in Laos and Thailand. She trained and worked in massage therapy in Thailand for over four years, arriving in Minnesota in 2009.

 

Starting Vida Bodywork in a small Uptown studio in 2013, she opened her Lake and Lyndale storefront in 2016.

 

Vida specializes in deep tissue and sport massage, and also has a team of therapists skilled in various techniques.
